Structural Design for 4-Unit Housing Project

Structural engineering services were provided for a four-unit residential development on Raukawa Street in Stokes Valley, Lower Hutt.

Designed in collaboration with Precinct Architecture, the project featured Angus and Suffolk Clever Living Co. dwellings supplied by Bunnings.

The structural scope included the design of an augered timber piling foundation system with subfloor bracing, tailored to suit the site’s ground conditions and ensure long-term stability.

This development is a strong example of efficient, cost-effective structural engineering for modular housing in Lower Hutt and across the wider Wellington region.
